Very knowledgeable about pools

Aquatic pools and landscaping knocked it out of the park on our backyard. They did a complete remodel and it is everything we could have hoped for. Tyler was in constant communication with us and answered every question we had. Everyone from the pool and tile crew to the turf crew were very professional and did an amazing job.

The aquatics team is very responsive, from the first email enquiry. Within an hour, they were on the phone with me answering all my questions. They kept me informed through the whole process, letting me know who was coming, when they would be there, what they would be doing, and how long it would take them. I was raised in a family grocery store business where customer service was paramount in our dealing with the customers we served. I'm in the healthcare profession now and have led many teams having stewardship of several hundred staff members that worked with the public daily and always taught and expressed the importance of great customer service. Rarely have I come across such a professional and quality team as you have in your company. I called Aquatic first based on the recommendation of the builder of our home, Riley Frei. Aquatic was totally amazing too work with from there sales team to there acritical drawings, there construction team was so perfectional and respectful and took the time with us to explain with detail any concerns' we had. There office team sent out a daily text with start times as well a detailed description of the plan of action for the day.. They answered questions and provided much insight into the many systems and components making up the pools operation. Aquatic Pools was outstanding from start to finish. I was not able to be on site for most of the build, They were very communicative throughout the entire project and answered all of my questions very prompt. They completed every phase on time and exceeded my expectations in both quality and attention to detail. There was one minor misunderstanding and it was addressed immediately. Highly recommend Aquatic Pools—great team, great work, and an overall excellent experience.

Aquatic was easy to work with and very professional. I was hesitant to pay in full before completion but I have to say with whatever corrections needed to be addressed was done with no hesitation and completed as promised. I would definitely recommend Aquatic and would use them again

From start to finish we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Together we developed a project plan, manageable budget, and a method for group communication. We opted for a simple design that will work well for our life style! The management and crew at Aquatic were, and are, amazing to work with.

Great for spas, pools and landscaping

I highly recommend Aquatic Pools. They did a great job fixing a serious problem with flooding caused by my pool. Dana and John came out the same afternoon that I called them and quickly diagnosed the problem. They said that John, a senior tech, would come back in the morning with the parts and equipment to repair the system. The next morning, John was there at 5:00am and promptly made the necessary changes in equipment. The pool now works better than it did before. Kudos to both Dana and John for being so knowledgeable and courteous. And thanks again.
