Aquatic Pools did an excellent job installing our pool and putting green. Jordan made the whole process smooth and painless. They finished the installation much sooner than we expected.

They are busy, everyone is. Sam has answered our 1000 questions and Frank won't tell you want to hear, he will under promise and over deliver. Be patient, there is a lot more that goes in to your pool than even this experienced construction project manager ever would have guessed. The pool is nice! Took about 11 weeks start to finish. Still waiting on a heater, but that is a back order issue.

In October of 2024, we saw an ad for Aquatic Pools and met with Mike Gonzalez at our house. Mike did some measurements and we drove over to the office. We looked at the pool they had on site, met with Sam and a few other representatives. They took our measurements and ideas and put them into the computer and we saw the plan on a tv in the office. We signed and just before Thanksgiving they broke ground. Not gonna lie, it looked like a bomb went off... but by February we had a beautiful pool, with deck jets, waterfall, new patio cover and huge deck! We love it!! We can now enjoy our pool and backyard. Staff were very responsive to our needs, concerns and questions. It's now almost September and staff continues to assist us immediately. They are the best pool installers anywhere on Earth! We asked for their help with our back yard landscaping and they had the perfect solution! An inground Pool ! With a life time warranty ! They did everything they said they would do, and did it when they said they would do it! The Crew were honest, kind and very Professional, I had some huge concerns and they took the time to walk me through the process. Aquatic pools and landscaping knocked it out of the park on our backyard. They did a complete remodel and it is everything we could have hoped for. Tyler was in constant communication with us and answered every question we had. Everyone from the pool and tile crew to the turf crew were very professional and did an amazing job.

Aquatic was totally amazing too work with from there sales team to there architect drawings to the pool construction And landscape team that was so perfectional and respectful. they took time out of there day to explain in detail any concerns that we may have had. The daily text updates from there office team explaining in detail the daily work performance And with them being a full service company they also now take care of any and all maintenance needs. Aquatic installed our pool a year ago. Vicki was extremely helpful, going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Aquatic during the process of creating my dream desert oasis! Every detail was catered to with care and communication! My project needed a special permit which was not easy (6 months of fighting with the county) but Aquatic never wavered! They did everything in their power and made it happen! 10 weeks from permit to swim, every inch of my backyard is paradise now and my daughter and I will enjoy this for years to come!
